Hydrating Human Rights
Virtually every human rights challenge facing humanity as an underappreciated connection to water policy, including mass migration, racism, gender inequality, climate change, armed conflict, and pandemics. Focusing on water security as a principal public policy aim can therefore have broad impacts across all areas of human rights. On April 15, Dr. Rhett Larson will discuss how water connects each of these areas, and the potential risks and benefits of recognizing a human right to water.

He is also a senior research fellow with the Kyl Center for Water Policy at ASU's Morrison Institute for Public Policy.
